Species of Janjucetus are relatively small mysticete whales from the Oligocene of Victoria. They retained their ancestral teeth, unlike their modern relatives which all have baleen instead. Ecologically, they were probably more like porpoises than typical baleen whales. Inspired by Duncan et al.
